Dragon Half is an extremely humourous fantasy story about a girl named Mink who is
half-human and half-dragon. The entire show is portrayed in a totally riduculous and slapstick manner that is very fun
to watch. Mink is a huge fan of Dick Saucer, and attempts to get tickets to his concert. In the meantime, the king is
plotting to kill Mink's father, a well known fighter that betrayed him by marrying the red dragon he was sent to kill.
He decides (with a bit of help) to capture his daughter, Mink, and use her as bait. This is not an easy task though,
especially with minions as incompetent as the king's. While this is going on, Mink and her friends Lufa and Pia have
set out on a journey to find the "People Potion" to make Mink fully human, as she's tired of her wings and tail causing
her problems all the time. In the second part, the king decides (again with a little help) to lure Mink into a no-rules
fighting contest and have the competitors get rid of her for them. In the end, Mink eventually prevails and wins the
contest, despite the king cheating; though she never does get the potion she was after.
Main Characters
Mink
Original voice: Kotono Mitsuishi
>Mink's mother is a red dragon and her father is a human, thus resulting in half-human,
half-dragon Mink. She is very strong and agile, but also not the brightest of people. Though her intelligence is a bit
lacking, she is kind-hearted, friendly, and still more intelligent than most of the other characters in the story, which
is part of the reason it is so funny. Mink's tail and wings often cause problems for her and also result in her being
treated differently by others. Because of this, she often wishes she could be fully human.

Dick Saucer
Original voice: Yasunori Matsumoto
>Dick Saucer is a famous singer and dragon slayer. He is also one of the few characters in the
story who is portrayed with a degree of intelligence, though he's quite gullible. The king convinces him that Mink is
actually a red dragon (her mother is) and he goes after her. He enters the fighting contest as well, though loses in
the first round thanks accidently to Mink giving him a "potion" that was intended for her. Mink, Lufa and Vina are all
huge fans of his singing.

Lufa
Original voice: Mariko Koda
Mink's close friend, Lufa likes Dick Saucer as much as she does. Like most of the characters
in the story, Lufa is a bit of an airhead, and even zapped herself and Mink accidently while attempting to use her
family's magical lightning wand.

Vina
Original voice: Rei Sakuma
Vina is a black sorcerer and the King's daughter. Her mother used to be a small little slime
until she used the People Potion. Vina was born as a slime too, but studied black magic until she eventually found a
spell to turn her human. She is vengeful toward Mink because Mink had insulted her father and as well had "accidently"
kissed Dick Saucer, whom Vina also greatly likes. She is also president of the Dick Saucer fan club.

Damaramu & Roshii
Original voice: Akio Otsuka
Damaramu is a warrior that the king hires to get Mink and Roshi is the dinosaur-like creature
he rides. He is very strong and powerful but also, as is common in this story, lacking something in the area of
intelligence. After failing to get Mink, he later enters fighting contest where he ends up losing to Mink in the first
round.

Rosario
Original voice: Kaneto Shiozawa
Rosario is a sorcerer and the King's "right-hand man". He is responsible for most of the
ideas about how to capture Mink. Most of his ideas are strange, but clever, though they always end up backfiring
on him. He tends to say things about the king that are misunderstood and get him into trouble.

King Civa
Original voice: Keinichi Ohata
Of questionable intelligence, the King appears quite smart at times and downright stupid at
others. He is after Mink at Rosario's suggestion that this is the way to draw out her father who betrayed the King
years ago by marrying the red dragon he was sent to kill. The King's wife used to be a slime before using the People
Potion to become human.
